God’s man is not after something you have, but he wants to give you something you can possess. How many are those who use their authority in Adam to demand something of people that only God can give them through grace? God’s man is no way authoritative or vindictive in the Adam nature, for he has been crucified and comes clearly in the authority of love. Authority is placed mostly in the connotation of a powerful stance or position over others. In contrast, it was Jesus Who washed the feet of the disciples. Those who have a broken heart (Psalm 34:18) poured out for others will never have a divided heart which has lost the true conviction of discipleship.
Do not miss the opportunity to be edified through the ministry of God’s man. Obey his teaching, submit to his love, honor his ministry, co-labor with his purpose, be faithful unto death. Under submission to the choice of God’s authority, there are pleasures forevermore. At His right hand, we are seated in a delegated position by God, governmentally arranged with divine wisdom that we might experience the fullest potential possible to experience the abundant life now.
Being followers of God’s man, as Paul said, “Be ye followers of me” (1 Corinthians 4:16), allows us to experience a covering of love that identifies with life even in our weakest state. You are found of Him in intercession even when you find yourself in failure (Exodus 32:30-32).
