- This year we will have booths up and ready for business on March, 8th.
- There are only 11 booths so please submit your request early.
- Booths should be reserved not later than February, 29th.
- The location of each booth will be determined by the administration.
- Booth rental fee is 15000 HUF. This will cover the cost of material and electricity used at the booths during the conference.
- The payment will be collected by the end of the week. If you have to leave early, make sure you pay before you leave.
- It is up to you to decorate your booth and put up signs. Should you choose to do so, be sure to have it done by Tuesday morning, March 10th.
- The maximum power consumption of one booth is maximum 3,5 kW.
- There is no possibility for cooking and washing dishes on site.
