After several years of my Pastors passing….this is the first time I have watched his Memorial Service. I was searching the Archives and there it was. I was so moved and blessed. I had been a Christian many years…and thanks to Gods Annointed One, Pr Stevens, I heard the Finished Work message of Grace which changed my life forever. Pr. was so kind, loving and full of the tenderness and love of Jesus Christ. He was gutzy, on fire, straight words from Gods Word and he taught us so well. He is fondly remembered and will be forever missed and we will have a Grand Reunion in Heaven with him.
Words cannot express the vast eternal worth of Pastor Stevens life and ministry! He remains an incredible, lasting influence on multitudes in this world, having brought so many to our Lord and Saviour around the world! I will never forget how he loved people, everywhere he went with the love of Jesus. He always expressed that love personally as well as in the pulpit. My life, and thousands of others, have been, and still are blessed beyond words with the ministry God gave him. I am joined by thousands in saying that I can hardly wait until the day when I meet Jesus and other believers I have known, along with my dear Pastor in Heaven!

Thank you Lord for sending Ps Carl Steven according to your time, plan and purpose. He is still ministering and Lord your plan continues as you purposed and as you raised your team and disciples to ho continue in the same spirit, same message and with the same purpose. Thank you our loving and faithful Lord. Unchanging God. Unchanging promises. Unchanging faithfulness. All yours promises are yes and amen. Thank you Lord for the vision imparted to Ps Carl and for sustaining the vision and growing it through GGWO. Thank you for Ps Schaller and Pastor Scibelli and entire leadership and the Body which continues to carry your vision with same faithfulness, love and same message of finished work and grace. You are awesome Lord. Love you and love the people raised by you. Amen. Praise God.
I learned a lot from Pastor Stevens. He preached with all his heart. He did his best to communicate truth. I wasn’t able to be there for his memorial service, but I watched it online this year. It brought closure for me. I was very glad to hear about his life and ministry. And I really enjoyed listening again to the songs I loved to sing in Baltimore.
God be praised for the life and ministry of Dr Stevens, I never got to see or meet him face to face but I’m so sure and confident that I’ll meet him in heaven. Listened to his messages alot and still do, they indeed challenge us to think with God. We continue to pray for the church, Pastor Schaller, Pastor Scibelli and all the leaders there, we love you.. and yes let’s keep going, keep preaching, keep teaching, keep discipling as our vision is.
