Booths

  1. This year we will have booths up and ready for business on March, 8th.
  2. There are only 11 booths so please submit your request early.
  3. Booths should be reserved not later than February, 29th.
  4. The location of each booth will be determined by the administration.
  5. Booth rental fee is 15000 HUF. This will cover the cost of material and electricity used at the booths during the conference.
  6. The payment will be collected by the end of the week. If you have to leave early, make sure you pay before you leave.
  7. It is up to you to decorate your booth and put up signs. Should you choose to do so, be sure to have it done by Tuesday morning, March 10th.
  8. The maximum power consumption of one booth is maximum 3,5 kW.
  9. There is no possibility for cooking and washing dishes on site.
