25th Anniversary of 9/11 with Tunnels To Towers Foundation

The Tunnels to Towers Foundation was created in honour of Firefighter Stephen Siller of FDNY, who died saving lives on September 11, 2001. Join with GGCA in the GGWO Chapel on Sept 9th from 8:25a-9:15a with guest speaker from the Foundation. This event is free to attend and will feature Anthony Palmeri as the guest speaker.

About Anthony:

Anthony Palmeri is a retired New York City Department of Sanitation worker. He was also a volunteer firefighter in Lodi, New Jersey where he and his family lived for 23 years. After the September 11th attack at the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York City, Anthony volunteered to work at the disaster site known as Ground Zero. He spent 9 months there as a recovery worker.

Since 9/11, we have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. Children of the Foundation’s home recipients are offered full scholarships for undergraduate degrees and accredited trade school programs, helping secure their futures. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.
