Pastoral Leadership Retreat | 2026

We are looking forward to our Pastoral Leadership Retreat in 2026 at the Spruce Lake Retreat Center in the Pocono Mountains, October 8-10, 2026.

Please note that we will not be accepting walk-in, day-of registrations this year.  All registrations must happen in advance, prior to the start date of the event.  Please plan ahead and do not show up without having registered.

Registration closes on October 1 , 2026.

Pricing for on-site lodging:
Single Room | $460 – All sessions + meals included
Double Room | $340 per person – All sessions + meals included
Triple Room | $280 per person – All sessions + meals included
*Double and triple rooms will be shared by other registrants and assigned by the registration staff.

Day Pass Pricing:
Must pre-register.  No walk-in registrations permitted.
Friday + Saturday Pass (All sessions & Friday Breakfast thru Saturday Breakfast included. No lodging) | $100
Full Weekend Pass (All sessions & Thursday Dinner thru Saturday Breakfast included. No lodging) | $125

When should I arrive?

  • If you registered for the full weekend, check in will start at 4P on Thursday. Dinner is at 5P
  • If you registered for Friday + Saturday, you may come at 7A on Friday. Breakfast is at 8A(Friday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and Saturday Breakfast will be included)

Balance Due / Cancellation / Refund Policy
Registrations submitted after September 1st will incur a 20% fee increase.

Any remaining balances on partial payments must be paid in full by September 1st to avoid a 20% increase.

All cancellations must be made by September 1st to be eligible for a refund. As rooms and meals are confirmed and paid for in advance, refunds may not be available for last-minute cancellations.

All refunds are subject to a small processing fee.

These prices are for 2 nights of lodging per person. We must charge you for 2 nights even if you come for 1.  No walk-in, day-of registrations will be accepted.  Registration must happen in advance before the online registration is closed.

How To Register?
An email was sent to attendees from 2025 on March 30 with the registration link and the details for this event. Please, first refer to that email to register and/or check with your pastor to get the details.

Please note, you must pre-register as walk-in registrations, even for day passes, will not be accommodated.
