Ponder the Scriptures

Is It Enough?

This question came to my mind: Is reading the Bible or going to church enough? Some may say that reading the Bible as the Holy Spirit teaches is enough (1 John 2:27). But the great commission by Jesus to His disciples is that they should go into all the world to preach and teach. Teaching was the method the Lord used to train disciples He had to leave after three years. These disciples completed the degree level education under the Master-Teacher.

Bible for Life

Bible college is very important in the life of believers in Christ. At the school of Tyrannus, disciples were pondering on the scriptures (Acts 19:9). Since there also doctrines of demons, Christians should be learning sound doctrine. Why? So that they be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine (Ephesians 4:14).

So, as Dr. Carl Stevens said: “Bible college is the highest form of education,” we should consider learning the Bible for life.

Teaching over Churchianity

In the country where we are, we are strongly facing a lot of errors. “Churchianity” is high with many many churchgoers, but no proper teaching.

Our Bible college is situated in a compound. Our impact is remarkable in the area of teaching. We thank God for the training we have been graciously given.
