Jesus saw beyond the shame of the Cross to the victory of resurrection. It is finished was His cry. Other men of God collapsed under pressure – Moses, Joshua, Elijah. Christ went through the Cross to give His fire in our hearts. (Isaiah 50:4-11; John 19:30)
